Samsung Galxay S9/S9+
Part of S series produced by Samsung, Samsung Galxay S9/S9+ are the latest ones. On 25 February 2018, S9 ans S9+ both were revealed at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on 25 February 2018, after huge success of previous S Series S8 and S8+. Being part of Galaxy S Series, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ have identical features to the S8 models, with same display size and aspect ratio.
Meanwhile, to differentiate the two different series, Samsung changed the location of the fingerprint sensor in latest model of Galaxy S series. However, lots of improvements in interal features and camera can be observed while reviewing the S9 and S9+. They received positive responses for the change of fingerprint sensor and camera as well. But somehow, similar features with that of S8 invited criticism from the critics.

Some Issues Experienced By Users Of Galaxy S9/9+
- Touchscreen issues
Issue in the touchscreen started to show within a week after release. The problem was that the fingerprint input provided by the user seems to fail to register input in any particular area of the screen, even after a factory reset. A term “dead zones” was used by the users to categorize this problem. By issuing a statement “looking into a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen responsiveness issues” samsung responded to it’s users.
- Black Crush issues
Some users of Galaxy 9 have reported the so-called “Black Crush” issues, where display has issues displaying different shades of dark colors. Samsung has responded with a statement
that they are aware of “a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9/S9+ displaying dark colors differently than intended in certain instances” but has not provided an official fix for it yet.
- Battery issues
After users with the Exynos variant of the phone experienced sub par battery life, analyst discovered that there was a poor job by Samsung in tuning the four custom cores made by Samsung resulting in poor battery life.
